Users and their roles
New Aeroview users can be added via the User Management Tab. This includes Scouts and Consultants.
The table below explains how to use user roles and permissions - a feature which helps setting up an account structure in Aeroview which matches your organisation / farm.
|Owner||The organisation owner who gets billed for everyone in their group. An owner can create users with roles: Admin, Farm group owner, Farmer, Farm manager, Scout, Consultant||Full access|
|Admin||A user which has access to all farms in the organisation along with the ability to modify / delete any user in the organisation. An admin can create users with roles: Admin, Farm group owner, Farmer, Farm manager, Scout, Consultant||Full access|
|Farm group owner||A user which has access to all the farmers within their group. An farm group owner can create users with roles: Farmer, Farm manager, Scout||Full access|
|Farmer||A user which can add / remove farms in their account. A farmer can create users with roles: Farm manager, Scout||Full access|
|Farm manager||A manager on a farm by farm basis.||Full access|
|Scout||A scouter can perform scouts on farms which they have been granted access to.||Farm access read-only & scout access (from mobile app)|
||A consultant has access to the relevant farms which have been granted access to.|| Farm access, read-only
